Eric Mochnacz was featured in TLNT speaking on how employers should shift to look at employee productivity instead of employee presence when assessing their presence at work.

I believe productivity should be based on deliverables – not on presence. It’s ridiculous that employers across the country are requiring their teams to be active at all times on their messaging apps or respond immediately to test emails to confirm attendance.
