Her diverse experience with everything from managing high volume retail stores to navigating start ups makes her keenly aware of the importance of foundational growth. Jasmine specializes in helping small and medium sized business navigate the challenges associated with both upscaling and downsizing. Her devotion to customer service and industrious attitude have helped her boost employee retention, develop internal talent and support business growth. Jasmine prides herself in her ability to work with people at every level of an organization to effect positive change and tackle tough issues. She avidly enjoys learning new technology and brings that passion when coaching and developing workforces while refining procedural documents to help streamline the employee experience.
