Danyel comes to Red Clover with over 20 years of experience in people management in the retail industry. She was motivated to make the transition to Human Resources consulting due to her proven success in recruiting and retaining top talent through networking and developing and maintaining bench strength. Danyel has a knack for establishing genuine connections with people, which translates to supporting her teams and colleagues in accomplishing their goals.
Throughout her years as a District Sales Manager, Danyel used her communication and relationship-building acumen to minimize turnover and develop managers in their career growth. She developed and implemented company-wide training programs to ensure leaders were effectively onboarded with all the tools and resources they needed to succeed. Danyel was an outlier in sales performance, consistently smashing her yearly comp and plan numbers to achieve profitability for all her store locations. She is self-motivated and driven to crush any goal.
Danyel spends much of her free time on the soccer field taking in her kids’ games. She often starts the day with a 3 mile walk with her dog, Bailey, before the sun comes up. She fills her free time with friends and family.
