We’ve all seen them – the memes where we decry emails that could have been meetings.

But, meetings CAN be productive, especially 1:1 meetings with your manager.

SHRM recently featured Senior Consultant Eric Mochnacz and his thoughts on making 1:1 meetings more productive –

Keeping it simple – “What did you accomplish last week?”, “What are your priorities for this week?” and “Where are you stuck?” are three good questions to ask during a 1 on 1 that can yield productive results.
