Thomas “TJ” Hughes is a Senior HR Consultant with over a decade of professional experience advising organizations on how to strengthen their people practices, improve workplace culture, and operate more effectively. He partners with leadership teams to deliver practical, results-driven solutions across employee relations, training and development, performance management, and organizational strategy.
In addition to his client work, TJ plays a key role in internal recruitment, helping identify, attract, and onboard talent to support continued organizational growth.
