We help you to define your goals and the plan that will help you achieve them. Our work is fully customized to your needs and can include building out the change strategy, business case preparation, communications planning, changes to human resources processes, policies and procedures, organization and job design, and people transition.
We work onsite with you to define and implement your people strategies and plans. We then support the search process for a permanent hire that fits your values, culture, and long term needs.
Engagements range from 3 to 6 months, based on a set monthly fee.
