As a business, how do you create a more inclusive work environment for your people?

Companies can also ask all job candidates their preferred pronouns at the beginning of the interview process. Additionally, companies can make sure their dress code is not gender-normative by mandating men and women wear gender-specific clothing.

A commercial roofing contractor was in hyper growth mode. They had goals to increase their field workforce to expand their service area to additional states and geographical locations.
