Danyel brings more than 20 years of leadership and people management experience to Red Clover, with a background in district-level retail management. Her passion for developing people, building strong teams, and achieving results led her to Human Resources consulting, where she can focus on what she values most—helping people and organizations succeed.
With experience in recruiting, training and onboarding, performance management, and operations, Danyel brings a practical, people-focused approach to her work. She is known for her dependability, honesty, active listening, and ability to build genuine relationships. Whether finding the right person for a role, improving a process, or helping navigate a challenge, she takes the time to understand the situation and find the right solution rather than simply the quickest one.
