The massive shift to remote work in the immediate (and long-term) response to the COVID-19 pandemic will be one of the long-lasting impacts on the world of work as we head to the end of the first three months of 2021.

One key question remains – Are remote workers more productive?

Compt recently featured Senior Consultant Eric Mochnacz’s answer to that question based on his real life experience working at Red Clover and through providing guidance to our clients on remote work practices.

Not only are clients expecting more availability, but everyone feels the pressure to perform because they don’t want their jobs to be at risk if we find ourselves in another pandemic that will require another round of layoffs. We’re also all expected to do more with less, because of the hesitancy to fill positions or the inability to financially support filling vacant positions.
